A
word of advice:
Schedule your home inspection before you make an official offer on your prospective
property. Why? Because there will be a time limit in the contract (usually
7 to 14 days) and you do not want to run the risk of being unable to reserve
the inspector of your choice within that time period.
Additional and Supplemental Services
Colorado Peace of Mind Home Inspection Services also offers
you inspection and testing services in special and supplementary property
features including:
• Hot Tubs and Spas
• Swimming Pools
• Outbuildings and Barns
• Radon Testing
Please let us know if you would like to purchase any of the above services
as part of your inspection contract.
Fast-Track Testing for Radon
Radon gas is the second leading cause of Lung Cancer next to smoking, according
to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The accuracy of the Radon testing equipment employed by Colorado Peace
of Mind Home Inspection Services is traceable to the National
Institute
of Standards and Technology. And, that means that our equipment provides
one of the most accurate short-term measurements currently available.
In fact, the high efficiency and efficacy of our equipment means that samples
do not need to be sent to a lab for measurement. That advantage works
to streamline your receipt of the test results by making them available
within
two to three days.
Home Sellers
Home sellers who contract a market pre-inspection are sending a distinct
message to prospective buyers. And that message is: The seller is attesting
to his or her confidence in offering a well maintained ready-to-sell property.
The primary advantage to the seller is: pre-inspections can help invigorate
and expedite successful marketability of your property, i.e., a faster sale.
Real Estate Professionals
Whether representing a buyer or a seller, Real Estate Professionals have long
recognized the marketing-bonus value of a pre-inspected home.
The fact is, everyone benefits because both seller and buyer enjoy:
• Increased Credibility
• Greater Quality Assurance
• Quicker Market Turnaround
• More confident and cooperative closings
